Jackie is an independent non-executive director serving on a number of Irish and Luxembourg financial firms, and previously on a UK financial institution. She has held regulatory approvals from the Central Bank of Ireland, the CSSF, and the UK Financial Conduct Authority.

With over 20 years of experience in the asset management industry, Jackie most recently served as Managing Director and CEO of Goldman Sachs Asset Management Fund Services Ltd (GSAMFSL), GSAM’s Irish-domiciled UCITS management company and Alternative Investment Fund Manager. She led the establishment of GSAMFSL in Ireland and oversaw its strategic and regulatory development.

Prior to this, Jackie was the international head of regulatory reform for Goldman Sachs Asset Management, directing the identification, interpretation, and implementation of regulatory requirements across the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions. Earlier in her career, she held several positions within GSAM and the wider Goldman Sachs Group, including global project manager for the GSAM Client Relationship Team and five years in Goldman Sachs’s Internal Audit division.

In her spare time, Jackie is also part of an informal group of senior female executives in Ireland who, over the past three years, have worked together to raise more than €500,000 for the Irish Cancer Society.

She holds an honours bachelor’s degree in Zoology from the University of Sheffield, UK.
